ChatBot

Supported version: Cloud. Supported Authentication: Token Based Authentication

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your ChatBot instance must be accessible from the Gathr Analytics Machine.

Steps to configure ChatBot API Integration on the ChatBot platform:

1. Navigate to the ChatBot Account page.

2. Click on the API Keys in the left menu, a Developer access token will be displayed on the screen.

To configure ChatBot Connector using Token based authentication, follow the steps below:

1. Enter ChatBot URL, for example- https://api.chatbot.com.
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account for example- “ChatBot Connector Account”.
3. Check “Pass Parameter(s) in Header” and enter the following details:
   • Key: Authorization
   • Value: Bearer
4. Click on “Save”.
