IMPORTANT: Please make sure your LogicMonitor instance must be accessible from the Gathr Analytics Machine.

To generate token for LogicMonitor connector, follow the steps below:

1. In the User Access page, select the API Tokens tab.
2. Select the Bearer tab/ LMv1 tab.
3. Select Add token icon.
4. In the User field, select an email address for log in process.
5. Once you select an email address, the Access ID and Access Key are automatically populated.
6. Copy the Access key and save it to a secure location.
7. Select Save.

To configure LogicMonitor Connector using Token based authentication, follow the steps below:

1. Enter your LogicMonitor URL, for example- Refer
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account for example- “LogicMonitor Connection”
3. Check “Pass Parameter(s) in Header” and enter the following details:
   • Key : Authorization
   • Value :
4. Click on “Save”.
