How to generate Qualtrics API Token:

In order to generate the Qualtrics token, you need to follow below steps:

1. Log into Qualtrics UI.

2. On the top-right screen of Qualtrics UI, click on your account name and select Account Settings.

3. On User Settings page, click on Qualtrics IDs at the top of the page.

4. On the Qualtrics IDs page, go to API box and click on Generate Token.

5. Copy the token and save it.

Steps to configure Qualtrics using token based authentication:

1. Enter your Qualtrics URL, for e.g. https://qualtrics.klera.io.
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account, for e.g. “Qualtrics Account”
3. Check “Pass Parameter(s) in Header” and enter the following details :
   • Token Parameter Key: “X-API-TOKEN”
   • Value: Your_API_Token
4. Click on “Save”.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Qualtrics instance must be accessible from the Gathr Analytics Machine.
