Supported Authentication: Basic and Token based Authentication

Basic Authentication #

To configure Rally to use basic authentication, follow the steps below:

1. Enter your Rally for example http://rally.klera.io
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account “Rally Account”
3. Enter your username and password
4. Click on “Save Data Source”

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Rally instance must be accessible from the Gathr Analytics Machine.

Token Based Authentication #

To configure Rally to use token based authentication, follow the steps below:

1. Enter your Rally for example http://rally.klera.io
2. Select “Create New Account” and add user friendly name for account “Rally Account”
3. Check “Pass Parameter(s) in Header” and enter following details:
   1. Token Parameter Key : “zsessionid”
   2. Value :
4. Click on “Save”
