Supported version: Server/ Datacenter from V7.7 up to V8.22.6 and Jira Cloud.

API Rate Limit: No Limit

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Jira (Server and Cloud) instance must be accessible from the Gathr Analytics Machine.

Supported Authentication: Basic authentication

To configure TiCS to use Basic authentication: #

Enter following details in the form: #

1. Enter TiCS URL: https://tics-klera.com/tiobeweb
2. Select “Create New Account” and add a user-friendly name for account for e.g. “TiCS Connection Account”.
3. Enter the following details: Username: Password:
4. Click on “Save”.
