Delete SSO

  • Only an Organization Administrator can delete SSO in Gathr.

    When SSO configuration is deleted, the following occurs:

  • All invited users in the account receive an email notification that SSO setup has been deleted. They should sign up with the same credentials again to continue using Gathr with non-SSO-based authentication.

  • This is also applicable when switching to a different IdP, as switching IdPs requires deleting the current SSO configuration.


Steps to delete SSO configuration in Gathr:

  1. Click Configurations menu > SSO Setup tab.

  2. Click on Delete. A confirmation asking to delete the SSO account will appear.

  3. Delete the SSO for the respective IdP to continue.
