Enable SSO
An organization administrator can enable SSO for users to sign in to their Gathr’s account using SSO authentication.
When SSO is enabled, all existing users in the account will receive an email notification and must sign in to Gathr with the SSO Sign In option using the organization’s IdP.
If a user requires access to Gathr, an IdP admin must grant them access through the IdP. Revoke access in IdP if a user no longer requires access to Gathr.
Users deleted from IdP will still be seen in the Users section of your account, even though they no longer have access to Gathr. To clean up, delete such users from your Gathr account.
Steps to enable SSO in Gathr:
Click Configurations menu > SSO Setup tab.
Click on SETUP SSO.
Select preferred IdP and follow the instructions to complete the setup of your IdP.
