Switch Identity Provider

Gathr allows only one SSO configuration at a time.

An Organization Administrator can delete an existing IdP configuration and then setup SSO again to switch to a different IdP.

Steps to switch IdP in your Gathr account

  1. Click Configurations menu > SSO Setup tab.

  2. Click on Delete. A confirmation asking to delete the SSO account will appear.

  3. Delete the SSO for the respective IdP to continue.

  4. Select preferred IdP and follow its documentation steps to complete the setup.
