Subscription Audit Activity

The Audit Activity tab displays significant events and activities pertaining to Gathr Plans and Connector Marketplace.

Audit Activity provides features to search, view and filter user interaction events in graphical and tabular formats.

Events can be searched by providing required parameters inside filter menu on top of Audit Trail page. The search results returned are from all the entities and from all types of operations.

Filter options that are available in the search are listed as follows:

• Connector reactivated

• Connector renewed

• Connector requested

• Connector subscribed

• Connector trialed

• Connector unsubscribed

• Payment method added

• Payment method removed

• Plan downgrade canceled

• Plan subscribed

• Plan upgrade
