Oracle Service Cloud Connection

Oracle Service Cloud is a cloud-based customer service and support platform ensuring personalized and efficient customer interactions.
This topic describes how to authenticate to Oracle Service Cloud and configure any necessary connection properties in the Oracle Service Cloud connection connector.
Prerequisites
Connecting to Oracle Service Cloud
You must set the following to authenticate to Oracle Service Cloud:
Url: The Url of the account to connect to.
User: The username of the authenticating account.
Password: The password of the authenticating account.
Connection Configuration
Each connection property available in the Oracle Service Cloud connector is explained below.
Connection Name
The name of the connection to be created should be provided. This is the name that will display on the list of available connections.
URL
The Url of the account to connect to.
User
The Oracle Service Cloud user account used to authenticate.
Password
The password used to authenticate the user.
Enable SSL
Option for creating the connection with SSL enabled.
Upload Keystore File
Option to upload keystore file.
Advanced Configurations
This section contains additional configuration parameters.
Include analytics report results
Whether or not the AnalyticsReportResults views are included.
Include custom fields
A boolean indicating if you would like to include custom fields in the column listing.
Include custom objects
Whether or not to include the Custom Objects.
Add Configuration: Additional properties can be added using this option as key-value pairs.
After entering all the details, click on the TEST button.
If the connection service identification and authentication details are provided correctly, a success message stating “connection available” is generated.
Click on the CREATE button to save the changes.
If the details are incorrect or the server is down, you will get a message “Connection unavailable”.
